by Caprice Crane

Summary:

Jordan Landau's life isn't going so well. People are constantly taking advantage of her because they know that she likes to avoid anything that may lead to confrontations. Jordan tries to please others rather than herself. Because of this, she is easily used by both her boss and boyfriend. Then one day she gets into an accident. When she he wakes up from it, she decides to fake amnesia so that she can start over with her life. Everything is going perfectly fine until she is forced to start over for real. Will Jordan finally find the happiness she has always craved or will everything end up the way it was before?

Review:

It was so much fun reading this book. I could not stop reading it once I had started. It really was worth my time. The book was relatable and made me laugh out loud at times. I know that many people will enjoy this book just as much as I did. It was an easy read, so don't go into the book expecting something deep and profound.

Even I have wanted to just start over! I know that I would not be able to pull a stunt like that off. It would just be too hard for me to pretend I did not know anybody. It would be a great opportunity to reinvent yourself, but I would imagine that at one point or other the facade would have to end.

I would hate to actually get amnesia. I would not want to go through life with no recollection of who I was or how others truly are. I mean sure others would try to help you remember, but do they know the real you? Hmm...

I can easily see this as a movie. It would be some romantic comedy film. Makes me wonder who would play the parts. It is not a movie, though I do hope it gets picked up someday.
